Online CME Evaluation &
Self-Service CME Credit Certificates

Complete your evaluation and claim your CME certificate with just a few steps:

1. After the conference, log in to the University of Iowa’s CME Portal. You will receive a link and instructions via e-mail after the conference. Please check with registration staff to be certain your preferred e-mail address is on file.
2. Complete the conference evaluation. You will claim your credits within the evaluation form.
3.  Submit your evaluation and print or save your CME certificate.
